ACCESS DENIED ON HIGHWAY

I have a question about handling carrier paperwork through Highway.

You mentioned that dispatchers can complete paperwork on behalf of their carriers, but Highway has told us that dispatchers cannot access or complete the carrier information sheet for them.

We tried filling out the paperwork and leaving the signature fields for the carrier, but they encountered issues signing under their own name. Since then, we’ve had carriers complete the paperwork themselves. We want to make sure we’re providing this service as part of the value we offer without running into these issues.

How have you handled this in your experience? Is there a way for us to complete the paperwork on behalf of our carriers while allowing them to sign properly?
