Smart List Management Moved in GHL 👀

Alright, quick heads-up because this one tripped a LOT of people up 👇

If you logged into GoHighLevel recently and thought, “Did they remove Manage Smart Lists?” — you’re not crazy 😅

Nothing broke. Nothing got removed. It just moved.

As part of the revamped Contact List View, GHL relocated the Manage Smart Lists and Restore options out of the header. The goal was to clean up the UI and keep actions more contextual to what you’re actually doing inside Contacts.

Here’s the new flow 👇

You’ll now find Smart List Management inside the three-dot actions menu (⋮) next to the Add Contact button under Contacts > SmartLists.

Same tools. Same permissions. Same functionality. Just a new home.

Why this matters (especially for agencies):

• Less header clutter = fewer misclicks

• More consistent UI patterns across GHL

• Easier onboarding for team members

• Fewer “where did this go?” support questions
