AI Tooltips Inside GHL Workflows 🤖
Ever opened a workflow in GoHighLevel and paused because you weren’t sure what a field actually does?

They’ve introduced AI Workflow Tooltips, a new feature that explains workflow fields directly inside the Workflow Builder.
Here’s how it works 👇
Next to certain workflow fields you’ll see a small ℹ️ icon. When you hover over it, a short description appears explaining what the field does.
But the real magic happens when you click Explain.
This opens the AI assistant, which gives a detailed breakdown of the field and how it affects your automation. You can even ask follow-up questions without leaving the builder.
That means no more guessing… and no more leaving the workflow screen to find answers.
Right now this feature is in experiment mode and is live on a couple fields inside:
• Manual Action → SMS• Manual Action → Call
But if the testing goes well, GoHighLevel plans to expand AI Workflow Tooltips to all triggers and actions.
And that could be a big deal for the platform.
