Jack here, rolling out the latest and greatest from the GoHighLevel world. I've been tuning in to the recent GHL Changelog, and let me tell you, there are some slick new upgrades that are gonna supercharge your systems! Here's the lowdown on what's new: Conversation AI Gets Smarter with Round Robin Calendars Your Conversation AI is leveling up! It can now book appointments directly with a contact's assigned user when using round-robin calendars. This means no more random assignments, just seamless continuity in your customer experience. To enable this, simply head to your calendar settings, edit a round-robin calendar, and toggle on "Always book with the contact’s assigned user." No changes needed inside Conversation AI! Stay in the Loop with Snapshot Notification Preferences Ever wish you knew exactly when your snapshot pushes were done? Now you can! Agency Admins can opt-in to receive email notifications once a snapshot push completes. These emails will even tell you how many pushes succeeded or failed, with a link to the full history. This means better communication and faster troubleshooting for your team. Find this in "My Snapshots" under the three-dot menu, then "Edit Snapshot" and the "Notification Preference" tab. Unleash Your Creativity with Smarter Visuals and Content AI Get ready to make your visuals pop and your copy shine! Ask AI now lets you generate and edit images directly. Just type a prompt, and boom—instant visuals. Need to tweak an existing image or refine your text? Ask AI handles it conversationally, remembering your session history for iterative improvements. This feature is a game-changer for social posts, email creatives, and websites, and it's available for accounts with AI Employee access. You'll find "Edit with Ask AI" under the AI button in Content AI-enabled areas like Social Planner. Smoother Webinar Creation with UX Improvements We've tightened up the webinar creation process to make it even easier. You'll now find required field validation, improved date, time, and timezone pickers, and enhanced tooltips to prevent errors. Plus, you can now edit the date and time when cloning webinars, making template reuse a breeze.

AI Checkout Upgrades You Should Know
GoHighLevel just made AI Studio checkouts a lot more useful. 🚀 You now have more control over what buyers enter, when they become a CRM contact, and what they see after payment. The biggest change is the new two-step checkout. Step 1 captures the buyer’s contact details and saves them as a contact in GHL. Step 2 collects the payment. That means if someone starts checkout but leaves before paying, you may still have a lead you can follow up with. For agencies running paid offers, subscriptions, or client funnels, that can be a big deal. You can also control more of the checkout fields. You can show, hide, or require: - Phone number - Street - City - State - ZIP code - Country - Name and email stay required. This lets you keep the checkout cleaner and only ask for the information you actually need. There’s also an important workflow change to watch. ⚙️ New leads captured during Step 1 fire the Contact Created trigger, not Order Form Submission. So if you already have automations tied to checkout activity, make sure they’re listening for the right trigger. After payment, buyers now get better order details too. They can see the order ID, items, taxes, total paid, and the next charge for subscriptions. And if you prefer your own post-purchase experience, you can send buyers to a custom thank-you page. Overall, this update gives you better lead capture, a smoother checkout, and more flexibility inside AI Studio without rebuilding your payment flow from scratch. Custom Fields Can Now Work as Metrics
If you already track important numbers inside GoHighLevel, this update makes those fields much more useful. 📊 You can now use Number and Monetary custom fields from Contacts and Opportunities as custom field metrics inside dashboards and reports. That means you can take values like project estimates, property values, treatment costs, or deal amounts and turn them into clear reporting numbers. You can choose: - Sum to show the total value - Average to show the typical value - Min to show the lowest value - Max to show the highest value The setup is simple. Open the dashboard you want to edit, choose the widget, select your custom field from the Metric dropdown, then choose the calculation you want. For example, if you track project estimates on Opportunities, you can use Sum to show the total value of those estimates right inside the dashboard. No more exporting the data just to add up the numbers in a spreadsheet. 👍 This is especially useful for agencies that need reports built around the numbers their clients actually care about. A roofing company may want total project estimates. A real estate client may want average property value. A clinic may want average treatment cost. The key is to keep each metric simple and clear. Use a good widget name, check the date range, and compare the result with a few known records before you use it in a client report. If you already collect these values in GHL, custom field metrics can help you turn that data into reporting that is easier to read and more useful for your business.
