2. **What do you do for fun?** (This reveals more patterns than you think. Share a hobby, interest, or how you spend free time)
3. **What's your 90-day career goal?** (Be specific. "Get a better job" is vague. "Land a senior PM role at a product-led SaaS company making $150K+" is clear.)
