Too often I speak to professionals and they talk about their calendars, their schedule, their busy busy days. Yet when I ask how their goals are doing they are a bit nervous.

Same. Been there too. I drift off target occasionally too. It happens.
The answer is simple
- Calendar is for operations
- Schedules should be optimized and output maximized.
- PLANS should be specific actions with precise output - very specific
My plans this week are to do X, Y, Z.
Don't schedule your plans to do things, get the things DONE.
