Hey everyone! I’m Jocilyn and I’m really excited to be here.
I’m on a journey to become healthier, stronger, and more at peace in my body and mind. I’ve been working hard to build better habits—especially around movement, nutrition, and self-care—and I’m here for accountability, encouragement, and community.
A little about my journey so far:
I started at 260 lbs and I’m currently at 178 lbs. It’s been a long, emotional, and eye-opening road, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m committed to continuing forward.
What I’m working toward:
✔️ A healthier relationship with food
✔️ Consistent movement I actually enjoy
✔️ Continued weight-loss for better energy & blood sugar control
✔️ Confidence, strength, and a happier daily mindset
My WHY:
I’m doing this because I want to feel good in my body again—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. I spent a long time putting myself last, and I’m finally choosing me. I want to show up for my life with more energy, more joy, and more self-love. I deserve that. And I know I’m capable of it.
Why now?
Because I’m tired of waiting for the “perfect moment.” There isn’t one. This is my life, and I want to make the most of it. My health matters. My happiness matters. And I want to be present for my loved ones, not just surviving but thriving.
What I want to change most:
I want to stop giving up on myself when things get hard and learn to stay committed, even when progress feels slow.
