What gives you energy?

Its funny that the things that give me energy are the things I tend to resist doing. But I have NEVER regretted doing them. My elliptical is in my living room and I must have my workout clothes ready to change into and water bottle filled. And an inspiring video or uplifting music. And its alot. But SOOO worth it!
