I did 147 deals with only 3 investor friendly agents.
I was curious so I looked back in my paperwork and I found that 147 of my deals came from just 3 agents. Finding a good investor friendly agent is not easy.. but this trend I am seeing may help us a little, recently I’m noticing that some sellers are starting to come back down to earth with their asking price. And as far as agents go... 74% of all Realtors sold zero homes last year.. Let's help some of those agents make a sale.

I used to change oil on cars now we make $100k a month wholesaling real estate. Do our exact methods to close 2-3 deals a month
