How Do I Comp Properly?
Hi everyone -
I am struggling to figure out what I should offer a seller on his off-market property. Does the formula (ARV × 70%) − Repairs − Your Fee work? How do you calculate ARV and repairs? Any help on comping would be greatly appreciated!
