🚨 7-10 Contracts Locked Weekly, Need Trusted JV Partners to handle overflow.
I'm currently locking up 7-10 contracts a week and can't move them all in house.
I need a sharp JV partner to help me close this Arlington house/land deal.
Seller and agent want a sub-10 day close, deal is contracted for a 3-week close.
