Hey all,
Top sets are awesome and I use them along with back off sets in my sessions. It’s a method I hear is used a lot in strength blocks and came across the sentence “build up to a top set of 3-5 reps at RPE 8” and wondered what it would look like in a session. How would you go about it within a session?
Would you perform set after set until you reach your prescribed RPE and rep scheme, and would you count all prior sets?
