Help with SAT Math Basics!

So, my overall goal for the June SAT will be 1200, but achieving a minimum score of 1160 will be fine for me (I know it seems low, but it's enough for an arts and humanities degree at my goal university).

My R&W score have been consistently good so far, since I've been scoring an average of 680 across my five practice tests; however, my math score has been averaging 450, but I am slightly improving. Does anyone have any tips on how I can possibly improve my math to at least a 520-550? Please note that I have struggled with basic math fundamentals ever since I was young, and mostly rely on Desmos for everything as I genuinely struggle a LOT with remembering equations, especially in Geometry and Advanced Math.

I just need a small push so I be confident about my score. I've attached my last few practice SATs below, any help or commentary is appreciated!
