December SAT Coming Up

I am going to take the December SAT in a few days and I recently came across the SAT Gamified Channel, which has been amazing. I wanted to ask people in this community for any tips or tricks that are less well-known or even things to look out for during the real thing. I have done the PSAT and practice tests, but never the real SAT. Will being nervous impact my score? Should I try to sleep early or study a bit more?
