Common App recommendations

Does anyone else have trouble with recommendation on common app? For me it doesn't have the option to invite a teacher recommenders. And apparently our college advisor said that common app cut off the contract with MajorClarity (which im assuming is a thrid party platform that commonapp uses for recommendations). Or do you guys just email the pdf of the file to your teachers. I'm honenstly lost rn.😔
