Welcome!
Hello all,
My name is Anthony, and I am the creator of the Gainesville Airbnb Network.
I decided to create this Skool because I’ve noticed that many of the current Gainesville Airbnb/STR communities feel somewhat limited in open information sharing and collaboration. My goal is to create a more transparent, value-driven space where hosts can freely exchange insights, brainstorm ideas, and get real questions answered.
This is a free forum built to uplift and strengthen our entire local STR community.
For context, I own a short-term rental property management company here in Gainesville, with the main goal of helping anyone (with any property) reach their goals faster and operate with more clarity. I know how hard it can be to start investing in real estate, and I’m passionate about helping others pull their timeline forward.
For some back round, I am a UF Warrington College of Business graduate and currently own 2 investment properties here in Gainesville that I short-term rent, along with 2 additional properties out of state that I’ve successfully BRRRR’ed (shoutout to my bigger pockets people!).
I’ve been STRing for the past 4 years, and within the last year launched my management company, which now manages 8 STRs locally.
This truly is my passion, and I’m constantly growing in areas like:
- STR software and PMS systems
- Dynamic pricing tweaks
- Demand shifts and occupancy strategy
- Design projects and furnishing
- Cleaning staff systems
- Direct booking websites
- Marketing and SEO
- Listing setup and multi-channel advertising
…and so much more.
I share this to show that I am always learning and eager to become better — and I believe the best growth happens together.
