First Call Drummers is a small community for drummers and percussionists in the Carolinas who want to turn skill into paid work.
We focus on the part that nobody really teaches. Getting the first call. Getting called again. Building the contacts, conversations, and reputation that make a working musician's career actually happen.
This isn't a course. There's no content library or lesson plan to slog through. It's a working group of drummers figuring out how to get hired, helped along by frameworks, peer feedback, and direct access to working musicians in the scene.
Right now, we're running the founding cohort. Five members, six weeks, free. Future cohorts will be paid and selectively admitted.
