It has been a while since I was last active here, because I was busy setting up my cold email campaigns in the background.
Now that these are up and running, I got my first coffee date scheduled for tomorrow with a real estate investor company from the USA. Any advice on how to approach this? I currently have zero tech set up. My GHL account I had to temporarily halt because I poured my funds into my outbound campaigns.
In short: I have little to show to the prospect at this point, but I was looking to diagnose their issues first and focus on asking questions. My main concern is how do I come across as professional and capable when I have zero systems/tech to show for as of now?
