ITIN-Friendly Lenders

ITIN Personal Loans: Which of course can be used in your business

Alliant Credit Union up to $100K Alliant Credit Union+1Wikipedia+1 LendingTree+1RRCU+1

SoFi / Best Egg / UpgradeTypically up to $50K, SoFi offers up to $100K for strong applicants

U.S. Bank $50K for non-clients; $100K for existing clients

Yes there are more and CU's seem to be the best for ITEN loans

CDFI Programs (community development financial institutions) these are non-profits that are like CU's

Accion & Opportunity Fund: Often range from $5K–$100K, great for startup or expansion

SBA 7(a): Up to $5 million, widely accessible to ITIN-holders via participating banks and nonprofit CDFIs

SBA 504: Up to $5 million for real estate or equipment loans

SBA Community Advantage: Up to $250,000, aimed at underserved borrowers

These represent the highest funding available and are ITIN-accessible when applied for through SBA-approved lenders we use LB for SBA.

Pros Cons

Access to capital w/o SSN. Higher interest rates possible

Helps build credit history Limited lender pool

Opens financial doors (biz, home) More paperwork required

Often community-focused lenders May need co-signer or collateral

Hopefully those looking for ITEN lenders this helps but understand that this is basic info on ITEN lenders. I like TD Bank because they have a cash secured credit card that you can apply for with just the ITEN. This is huge because most people with an ITEN need to build up credit.
