Curious — who else has a 1/3 profile, and what’s your experience been like?
For me, the 1/3 journey is very individual and often solitary. I love information and spreadsheets — usually gathering way more information than I actually need! I crave certainty and feel more confident when I have enough information before making a decision. Without it, I tend to stall. I’ve had to learn to make quicker choices, ask the right questions, practice my self-projected authority, and trust my intuition — and I’m still learning. I naturally dive into rabbit holes of research and exploration, but reading alone isn’t enough. I would rabbit hole dive for hours and through the night if I could. I truly understand and retain knowledge when I experiment, apply it, and build systems — usually through plenty of trial and error. Those hands-on experiences give me a deeper, multi-dimensional understanding that research alone can’t provide. For example, when I’m learning a new system, my process looks something like this: read, watch, write, draw diagrams or symbols, highlight in different colours, re-read, re-watch, jump to the end, flip back to the middle, practice, test, tweak, start over… rinse and repeat — basically all over the place — until I truly understand why it’s set up the way it is. Lol!

The Hardest Part to Accept.. I'll go First 😯
What’s the hardest part of your Human Design to accept? --------- I have 6 open centers, so having to learn to gain wisdom at a very young age through all 6 while growing up in an environment where it isn't supported and there is a lot of not self and distortion was 100% hard. But I've really come to a point where through so many releases, and spirtual experiences I'm like fuck it, if it happens it happens and if it doesn't it doesn't. I really like the hard, the releases, the confrontation even though my not self highly conditioned by those 6 open centers 3-4 years ago, would have shit his pants lol. He was a bitch. But a bitch who couldn't not be a bitch with how everything went in his life up until that point. So yea, long story short. Open centers was interesting to witness how I unconciously by just living life let go of so much that was there, and burned through it all. PHS was the real catalyst.. omg. Without eating or sleeping correctly, fuck me. I'd be 1000 steps behind. I realized through my experiences that your body just becomes stronger over time by eating/sleeping correctly, and obviously following your S&A. But it's stupid to follow your S&A when you are still so highly conditioned and not self. It comes with time, it's like telling an amateur runner to run like usian bolt. Stupid. They need training, and some are less conditioned and some are more conditioned, some bodies are stronger some are weaker, some have listened unconciously to the S&A without knowing about it through years and years of experiences. so yea my perspective changed through my experiences being; through correct eating and sleeping you train your body to be able to handle a higher ''energetic voltage'' which then your S&A will become so undenieablly loud you can't not follow it haha. So to come to the conclusion, letting go. I'd love to hear yours! 😎
