Gate 40 is all about GIVING resources through will power and provision. It needs rest and appreciation.

Gate 37 is all about RECEIVING support through the community, friendship, and family. It needs commitment and recognition.

When we over-give, over-deliver in value, it causes the person receiving to feel inadequate or guilty because there wasn't a fair exchange.

Entrepreneurship makes this worse. The sea of coaches screaming "OVERDELIVER!"

Parenting makes it even more confusing. Children are not to provide for or nurture the emotional wellbeing of their parents.

A clean exchange is I give, you give. We rise together! I knew it but couldn't see how I was off!
