Mini story - Clarity with VITA✨

Ello! Some of y’all probably know me😆 I’m Jes’s son, and I thought I’d share a mini story and my experience with VITA Bot that has helped me have GREAT clarity as of recently!🙂‍↕️

Just in case some of y’all don’t know! I’m a 2/4 projector, splenic authority, and right angle cross of contagion 2🌟

With only my throat and spleen defined - consciously🍃

Bit of a story:

One of my biggest challenges in life, and practically my everyday experience, has been managing the energy I absorb on a regular basis with the people around me.🥴

Ever since I was little I was noticeably considered 'violently autistic' due to my openness and my intense level of energy absorption and sensitivity to stimulation.

Often erupting into meltdowns due to overstimulation of my senses and energy, with people also functioning around me while living in small isolated spaces with a large family😵‍💫

was my safe place and person, and my challenger to regulate my energetic system and bitterness, and to understand emotions as well.(I’m a non-emotional being with no motors for context)

She wouldn’t say anything(or I’d respond to the verbal stimulation and fight back), and she would do nothing but hold me from behind to calm me, to love me… to get my nerves to calm down and learn to breathe in synchrony…

And further on…

I learned how to do breathing techniques more consciously with myself.🍃🪨

So I’ve really been on a journey to understand and 'taste' how energy works with people, and within me. And how to better regulate it myself.

And WITH that, I can use my splenic responses to give deep wisdom and make great decisions or create ideas😎

I kind of have a mantra now that’s practical and cool:

“Calm yourself and observe, then speak your truth in an instant” 🏹💥🤯

Anyways, these screenshots from my VITA bot have been helping me with my clarity!😌 Especially with knowing about how powerful my spleen is😏😎
