Been a while....
Hello everyone. It's been a while. I apologize. I've been very busy setting up my new business. I now have a home care agency, a housekeeping company, a functional health coaching practice, and a tax prep service. I guess you could say I'm a busy lady lol. I love it, though. The idea of my kids seeing me so motivated and realizing they can do anything they want is my driving force. What keeps you motivated?

Vestibular Migraine
Hi all. I have been a little quiet lately, as I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraines/Menieres Disease. They are still trying to sort it all out but it has been debilitating. So, after I cried about how my life had another obstacle, I took to the drawing board to learn and help others as well. Soon I will be posting some information about the vestibular system and how issues with it are strongly related to/are also autoimmune disorders. Yay for learning!
