Homework 💓
Hey friends! So happy to be connecting with you all, today was wonderful and I am beyond excited for tomorrow!
I am an aspiring holistic heath and wellness lifestyle coach specifically interested in helping other women along their healing journey. I haven’t known where to start and have talked myself out of it for years, but today proved to me that we are all meant to be here NOW for a reason!
Here are my thoughts after today:
1) What feelings came up?
Overall excitement and happiness! I felt a sense of motivation and commitment to share my passions with the world and fulfill my purpose that I haven’t felt before. It was relieving to hear that all of my fears, worries and anxieties are a part of this journey and that I’m not alone in feeling these. I feel grateful to have this opportunity to learn and grow in this community over the next few days. Today was the sign that I NEEDED to help me push forward and focus on fulfilling my full time purpose!
2) What thoughts or stories came up?
I remembered back to when I first had my awakening and had this sudden push to become a spiritual healer and coach by making youtube videos when that’s not something I ever saw myself doing. I tried to a few times and just told myself lies that I wasn’t capable of doing something like that and never posted anything out fear of “being seen.” I kept telling myself “someday” I’ll know what to do and how to do it, but someday is NOW and I refuse to let myself down this time.
3) Write yourself a letter of encouragement congratulating yourself for taking the leap, facing your fears and displaying courage!
You are amazing, Katy! What an accomplishment to have grown your ideas for your wellness brand into a successful online business within the last year. You have inspired and helped millions of people on their transformational journey to happiness and freedom. You went through so many hardships to get here and still made it happen with so much positivity. You faced your fears and it paid off in a big way that is impacting others daily. You’ve created the life you’ve always wanted and can do the things you love like traveling and connecting with others all over the world. You’ve added so much positivity and sunshine to the collective consciousness and found unique ways to share your light. BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! You are on the path to becoming your highest self and exactly who you were always meant to be. You are light, you are love, you are everything that you need. YOU ARE ENOUGH! 💕
