How to Get the Most Out of This Space

Here is how to get the most out of your time here:
1. Introduce yourself in the General Discussion thread.
2. Use the Questions and Reflections space often.This is a safe place to think out loud, process, name fears, and ask questions without judgment.
3. Share your birth stories and insights. You never know who you will help by naming a moment that shaped you. This community grows when you bring your real experience into it.
4. Be generous with your presence. Respond to others, witness their stories, and bring your heart into the room. We learn so much from each other. I will post weekly questions and discussion topics.
