As a blue collar worker...
My biggest takeaway is I've been going down the crazy and not so crazy sovereign, status correction rabbit hole too and this totally correlates, as real estate is our actual REAL. ESTATE.
My biggest concern/challenge is ME. I am my biggest concern, and my ability to get out of my own way and pursue with conviction. That and coming up with the money for this in the next 10 days and also paying rent.
