Boom! Today I had a really good call with @Juan Gomez . He is so nice. We need to stop and focus because we can talk the entire day about business. 🤣 Juan helped me today open my new LLC. I will be funding it maybe in the middle of the year. I'm surprised how easy the process is. Juan was so kind and explained every detail to me. Really is a blessing to be part of the community 🙏❤️

I’m new to real estate and trying to build clientele and just help people find rentals and I’ve gotten advice from watching video from Andy Coleman who is know for doing rentals, but I’d like to ask the community if they’d like to share or offer any advice that can help with my niche.
