Are you scared?
..of fats? Fats are one of the most controversial macronutrients, some people eat mostly fats ("ketogenics") and others want it no more than 10% maximum i their diet - some even sound "scared" of fat. There are definitely a lot of unhealthy sources of fats but we still need some; nerves, hormones ect. But there is something that lets you know that you can get too much. Overheating on fats leaves you with a drowsy, heavy feeling that I've never experienced on carbs. SO fellow fruities, let's share our sources of fat, if any. The only fat I eat are avocadoes. And I LOVE avocadoes!! It is a very delicious piece of whole food and I eat them pretty much everytime I want them and don't care about how many as long as they are eaten mindfully, as the body will send a clear signal when it's time to stop. I don't eat them every day, maybe a couple of times a week. And be careful with the food combining to not make a mess with digestion. Share your fat 😁πŸ₯‘

Science Based Evidence for Fruitarian Lifestyle
Hi all. I hope everyone is doing well! πŸ’«πŸŒ± My partner has been transitioning to a raw vegan fruitarian lifestyle with me! So blessed, right? πŸ¦‹πŸ™Œ Here’s the thing - he loves science based evidence and I’d really love to help support him with as much scientific evidence as possible. I used to have a folder full of peer reviewed studies and research supporting fruitarianism, but have unfortunately lost access to it. Before I go digging once again do any of you have some helpful things to share? I would greatly appreciate it! Much love from Guatemala πŸ‡¬πŸ‡Ή Oh and where in this beautiful world are you tuning in from? Thanks, Alyssa πŸ₯πŸ«πŸ“πŸ‘πŸ’πŸ₯πŸ‰πŸŒπŸŽπŸŠπŸπŸˆπŸ₯’πŸ₯‘πŸ₯¬πŸ…
