What intentions are you setting for the week??
This week I’m working on getting to the gym a bit earlier.
The last few weeks I’ve gotten sucked into computer work in the mornings and found myself losing track of time and doing my morning workout in the late morning.
Nothing wrong with that, but then I’m rushing through my workout.
This week I’m setting a timer and whatever I don’t finish, I’ll finish in the evening. This way I don’t have to rush through my workout.
