Join us this Thursday evening, September 18th at 7pm PST in the private Facebook group for a live demonstration of the Emotion Code! Mo will be demonstrating the Emotion Code with Beth- so you can see what it's like to experience this healing modality. The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique (for you + your pets!) that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be causing imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. How does it work? 1. I connect to your energy and utilize muscle testing to communicate with your subconscious mind to uncover stored emotions. 2. We release trapped emotions that may be contributing to stress, anxiety and physical discomfort. 3. We restore balance and harmony by clearing this negative or stagnant energy. Sessions are typically 45 mins-1 hour in length and take place virtually via Zoom. The number of emotions we release depends on what your body tells us and where it leads us. How have I used this in my life? Most recently- I shared in my newsletter and in a post about how I used it to release trapped emotions in my colon- prior to my colonoscopy. My goal was to have zero polyps... and that’s exactly what I got! I did this two weeks later for my Mom as well. My Mom's been having regular colonoscopies for the last 25 years (every 3-4 years) and each time she would have 3-4 polyps. This time we used the Emotion Code about two weeks prior to her colonoscopy- and she was thrilled to discover she had zero polyps found after the procedure! I have now personally released over 200 trapped emotions from myself and led probably 50+ sessions with clients. Join us on Thursday to learn more!

Week 2 day 1 (behind but not giving up)
I totally was like what “three sets this week” thank goodness it was three sets only 10 reps but I definitely had to laugh at myself and say “wow you have become a little lazy” and thank you to this group because no lie I would’ve stopped at two sets but I’m like then I can’t post on Facebook and make myself feel good and now I get to put it on my “I love it when” list and my miracles for today I know it’s just for me, but I’m a checklist kind of girl so that helps …also great demonstration of the emotion code with beth last night Ive had the book and the pendulum and my magnet, hoping to get to it this weekend. I had training for it years ago, but never really followed through. 👏👏👏❤️❤️😎☀️
Week 2 day 1 (behind but not giving up)
Good Morning everyone
Feeling day 5 workout. Loved it. My first eight push-ups were pretty good. After that I was glad I wasn’t in the gym. I was at home and I was still doing a push-up so to speak slowly coming down with my whole body weight and pushing up more like the worm, but I will definitely get stronger and I didn’t skip it and I know we’re way past day five but that’s where I’m at 🎉👏it was also a beautiful morning to start my morning out with a walk before the workout
