The Build Ladder takes you from wherever you are to wherever you want to go. What you'll build: We use a progression called The Build Ladder. Four rungs. Each one is a real, usable thing — not a practice exercise. - Rung 1 — Spreadsheet as Brain: Google Sheets as a living tool that actually does something useful. No code required. - Rung 2 — Spreadsheet as App: Turn your sheet into a real webapp. Forms, dashboards, automated outputs. This is where 'I built something' happens. - Rung 3 — Outgrowing the Spreadsheet: When Sheets is holding you back and it's time to move to something bigger. - Rung 4 — Full Stack with AI: Spec it, build it, ship it — without writing a line of code yourself. Your first three steps — do these now 1. Go to the Classroom tab and open Rung 1 — Spreadsheet as Brain. Watch the first lesson. It's short. 2.
