The Mirror Question: The Moat
Many of you have built a castle, but you have dug a moat so wide that no one can get in.
You call it "Boundaries."
I call it "Isolation."
We use our ambition, our busy schedules, and our high standards as a way to keep people at a safe distance. But a Sovereign who rules alone is not a King or Queen; they are a prisoner.
Look at your closest relationships.
Ask yourself:
"Where am I using my 'Legacy' or my 'Work' as an excuse to avoid being truly seen?"
Are you too busy to date?
Too busy to listen to your child?
Too busy to have a real conversation with your spouse?
The moat is protecting you, but it is also starving you.
Where do you need to lower the drawbridge?
