Why is it so hard for you to receive?

"I'll do it myself."

"I'm fine."

"Don't worry about me."

This sounds like strength, but it's actually a trauma response. It's a block in your wealth architecture.

If you deflect help, you also deflect miracles.

Think of the last time someone tried to support you, love you, or pay you.

Did you deflect it? Did you downplay it? Did you rush to pay them back so you wouldn't "owe" them?

Ask yourself: "What story am I telling myself about what it means to receive?"

Do you feel weak?

Do you feel indebted?
