Core Values
What is your vision for 2026?
I am creating a vision for the new year around my core values. Dr. John Demartini has a fascinating process for aligning your life with your core values – often times, we don’t have a clue and it is the dissonance between our core values and conflicting life demands that create issues in our life.
One way of determining your core values is to ask yourself some questions and find the top answers from each question as pointing to a value of yours. Then you align your life to match your values.
→ What is closest to you in your environment? What is closest to you in the 4x4 space of your bedroom?
→ What do you spend your money on?
