FACT: French Bulldogs originated in England, not France. ✅ True The breed descends from miniature Bulldogs bred in England in the 1800s. English lace workers took them to France, where they gained popularity — hence the name “French” Bulldog. (Source: AKC, The Kennel Club UK)
