M2GoatRepairs question

Hello,

I have a client that made two profiles on the client portal. How they did this with the same email and other information, I have no clue. But the software now won't let me delete one profile and edit the other one. When I try to just edit one it says that the email is already being used. What can I do to take care of this problem?
