We’d like to clear up any misunderstandings regarding support. When you submit a Get Support ticket, the support team will “only” respond via email, not phone calls. You can expect a response within 24 hours from pre-fix Support@m2phenom or admin@metro2support —make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. Attend any of the 5-day live training sessions, but for more detailed guidance to your asked questions, please attend the live training sessions, available on Monday at 8 PM, Wednesday at 8 PM, and Saturday at 11 PM EST, these are the days Metro 2 Coach V (Veronique not Vivian) facilities. You must also watch the Get Started video included in the software portal. If you need one-on-one assistance, you can schedule a paid session with Metro 2 Coach V.
