The Beginning of Something New
Hey friends πŸ‘‹ I’ve got something to share...something that’s bothβ€―bittersweetβ€―andβ€―empowering: I’ll be archiving this Skool community soon. Here’s why: For months , this space has been my home, I’ve seen so many of you chase clarity, launch offers, dial in skills, grind so hard. You’ve taught me what it means to lean in toward better work, better identity, better impact. And in helping you, I found my own clarity too. I realized what lights me up isn’t just building systems or growing a business... it’s helping those quiet, capable technical experts step into leadership… without faking it or losing themselves. That's my old me. Navigating between my high technical expertise, my will to do more, and my imposter syndrome knocking at the door at each meeting, despite having built a successful startup, hired 30 ppl and while dealing with project dev, biz strategy, etc. That realization means my mission has shifted. ➑️ Today marks the beginning of a new era: One where I’ll show up focused on helping people who’ve been building a technical expertise quietly, struggling to find their seat at the table, waking up every morning knowing they’re ready to do more on the inside, and helping the world see it too. πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ I see you if: - You’ve built the tech, you’ve solved the problems… but you’re still not being invited to lead. - You feel ready, but something in you whispers "I'm not." - You’re tired of your potential hiding behind bug fixes and sprints, architecture building, databases... - You want to lead without becoming that boss you always hated (I see you, the loud, authoritative "manager") So, what’s next: This move doesn’t mean I step ou completely. I’ll still be in your DMs, commenting on your wins, and here if you need me. But my main focus, and my main space, will be here. πŸ“Œ A dedicated community and program for technical pros who: - Know they’re more than code, more than a database expert, more than a cloud builder - Want to be recognized and stepped into leadership - Want systems, habits, and mindset shifts to back up their ambition
Once I knew this, I became unstuck
We become stuck because we wait too long to act on our ideas. It is so simple, but true. I used to sit on ideas for so long. Waiting for the right moment, waiting until I felt ready, waiting until I had it all figured out and…… nothing happened. I stayed stuck for years living a life filled with anxiety, depression, ADHD and pain because I wasn’t moving forward like I knew I could. The moment I started to shorten the time between when an idea arrived to when I took action on that idea, everything started to change. The energy moved. Momentum came in. Things actually started happening. So now, if an idea or inspiration activates and feels aligned, I just follow it and do it. What is one idea or emotion you’ve been sitting with that you want to move forward or release?

A Small Win: Rebuilding from Alignment, Not Complexity
Hi everyone, Feels like a small Win but lots of πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«. After 8 months of building and overcomplicating the heck out of my setup… I stripped it back to what actually feels clear and aligned (for now). βœ… Simplified my classroom βœ… Moved the community back to free βœ… Locked in my lead gen flow (finally) βœ… Even created a free mini-course to share what’s working Posting this here in case anyone else is in the messy middle and needs permission to reset. Breakdown to follow. β€”β€”β€” It’s been 8 months since I joined Skool. Crazy. Some of you have been here just as long (or longer), and it’s been so cool to watch how much has changedβ€”for all of us. I’ve loved seeing what you’ve tested, launched, rebuilt, and refined in your own communities. There’s something really motivating about watching people stay in it, even through the pivots. I was reminded recently of Hormozi’s Rule of 20%β€”that any big change will likely cost you 20% upfront (in time, money, or momentum). But if it’s aligned? Worth it. So, away I go with a few changes. Here’s where I’m at now, in case it’s helpful: I’ve decided to move my community back to free (yepβ€”started as free > moved to paid > now back to free. More on that below). I also simplified the classroom (again) becauseβ€”true storyβ€”I love building systems and sometimes overcomplicate things just for fun. πŸ˜‚ But this time, I’m really leaning into simple and accessible. I’ve decided to focus on just one platform for lead genβ€”Instagramβ€”because it’s easy to automate and feels the most sustainable right now. (Still not touching Facebook. Long story. Still unresolved.) I’ve also got a system now to turn content into longform YouTube videos within the community. (2 birds with 1 stone here so saving me time!) And because I still love backend systems and automation, I added a free course inside the community for anyone else who geeks out on that stuff too. β€”β€”β€” Somewhere along the way, I managed to β€œFrankenstein” my funnel by trying (and failing) to merge two different coaches’ models. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ It so did not work. But I had a great laugh about it.

They Don’t Talk About These Fears
Not out loud, at least. But they’re there. Quiet. Heavy. The kind that don’t just block a launch. They mess with your whole momentum. Here’s what I see: => β€œWhat if this still doesn’t work?” You’ve tried. Learned the frameworks. Tweaked the niche. Still… it doesn’t click. => β€œWhat if I’m too late?” Everyone else looks polished. Branded. Ahead. You wonder if you missed your shot. => β€œWhat if I’m not good enough?” You know you’re skilled. But for some reason, the message doesn’t land. And it starts eating at you. => β€œWhat if no one buys?” Not just the money. The shame. The failure. The feeling that what you do doesn’t matter. => β€œWhat if I have to go back to that job I hate?” The job. The boss. The burnout. The life you promised yourself you’d never return to. => β€œWhat if I waste months building something no one wants?” Again. => β€œWhat if I’m just not cut out for this?” And I find out too late. If any of these hit, you’re not broken. You’re not behind. You're just building in the fog. And you’re closer than you think.
They Don’t Talk About These Fears
freeing myself from suffering
I suffered from anxiety and depression for over 10 years. I suffered from severe pain for 15 years. I suffered from ADHD for over 18 years. I struggled with finding a solution to these issues. I tried every type of therapy… Nothing really provided lasting results. I saw every type of doctor. I was told that the causes to my pain can’t be found. I was told that the anxiety, depression and ADHD can’t be solved. I was told these issues can only be managed. Nothing really got to the root of the problem. I struggled with these problems because no one seemed to know the solution. I then had to take my healing into my own hands. Once I learned the proper tools to reprogram my nervous system, release trauma and learned the operating manual for the human body. It took me 6 years of learning… Once I applied all those learnings. I was free from all conditions. Now I help people do it in months time. Many people are told there is no real solution to their problems or conditions they are facing. That’s what I was told by doctors. Now I travel the world full-time while helping others free themselves from the problems doctors tell them they can’t solve. Once you know the solution to something, the problem becomes much easier to solve. This is my purpose, to help others heal.
