Introduce Yourself Here
New here? Drop a quick intro so we can help. Keep it simple: → Name → What you do (designer, writer, consultant, developer, etc.) → How long you’ve freelanced → Your #1 operations issue right now (what’s costing you money) Example: “I’m Sarah. Graphic designer, 3 years in. My biggest issue is follow-up—I avoid unpaid invoices until it’s awkward.” No life story. Just enough context so we can point you to the right fix.

Your First Week — Do This
You just joined. Here’s the fastest path to momentum. Day 1–2 (45 min):Go to Classroom → Module 1. Watch the first lessons first. Goal: understand how to think about freelance operations before touching any tools. Day 3–4 (Paid members):Download Freelancer OS from Resources, import to Notion, follow the Quick Start Guide. Rule: don’t customize yet. Just get it running. Day 5 (15 min):Add real data: your first 3 clients, projects, or unpaid invoices. No test entries. Day 6 (10 min):Run your first Get Paid Reset: list anything unpaid → assign one next action → schedule it → keep it visible until paid. Day 7:Introduce yourself in the intro thread + bring one question to the Friday call.

Welcome Post (Announcements)
Welcome to Freelance Operations Academy. This community exists for one reason: to help freelancers stop losing money to disorganization. You’re probably good at the work. Clients are happy. But the back office slips: invoices go out late, follow-ups get avoided, cash flow turns into a guessing game. That changes here. What you’ll find inside: → 8-module course on freelance operations (Module 1 is free) → Freelancer OS (Notion) to track clients, projects, invoices, and follow-ups (all connected) → Weekly live call (Fridays, 2pm ET) → A community of freelancers tightening their ops together Start with Module 1 in the Classroom, then post an intro. Keep it simple. Let’s make cash flow boring.
