I managed to balance family time and work really well. Honestly, I am at a point where I cannot just sit without doing some work, even on Sunday. I opened my laptop, got on Upwork, and worked with full focus. I truly believe weekends do not mean zero work. If the work needs to be done, we do it, and Alhumdulillah I did exactly that. At the same time, I spent quality time with my family, which matters a lot to me. One beautiful highlight of the day was learning bike riding with my papa. That moment itself made the day special. Along with that, I watched some important lectures and recorded sessions in Karvaan which added a lot of value.

I took a half day at the office, but honestly that half day felt heavier and more meaningful than many full days. I had a client call that was delayed yesterday due to our office internet issue, and to be very honest, I was a bit nervous because the delay was from my side and the client already had that upper hand. But Alhumdulillah, the client himself messaged me right around the scheduled time today, we jumped on the call, and the meeting went exactly how I had hoped, even better. This became a very special moment for me because this was my 12th or 13th client overall, but the first client that I closed completely on my own, from bidding to communication, from the call to closing the deal. Alhumdulillah, this win hit different. I know this is just the beginning and many more clients and wins are coming my way, In Sha Allah. To make the day even more beautiful, my bare taya came over. We spent time together as a family, had conversations, laughed a lot, and created some really warm memories. Ending the day with family, smiles, and gratitude just made everything feel complete.

Alhamdulillah, I just lost a 5-lac/month client
Because sometimes, losing the wrong client saves you from losing yourself. Two months ago, I signed a high-ticket client. On paper, it looked amazing — great numbers, huge retainer, solid opportunity. But here’s the truth… That client taught me more about boundaries, clarity, and self-respect than any “win” ever could. I shared a full breakdown of: - what went wrong, - what I learned, and - what YOU need to understand before saying yes to money that’s not worth the stress. Sometimes a blessing comes disguised as a loss. Alhamdulillah for the lessons, the growth, and the clarity. If you’re building your freelance or agency journey, this one is for you.

Apart from that, everything went smoothly, and the day stayed calm and light. Truly grateful for how the day turned out, Alhumdulillah.
