Freelance Operations Academy

I'm Eli White, a former operations leader with Lean Master training. Fixing broken systems is what I do.
I learned how much it matters on travel contracts. The agencies shorted my call pay, guaranteed hours, and hours worked. Over and over. So I tracked every shift and every paycheck, invoiced every shortfall, and used real pay data to negotiate each new contract. I ended up making about $1,000 a week more than others in the same role.
This academy teaches that system to freelancers and contract workers who are great at the work and tired of losing money on the business side.
Inside: the Get Paid Reset (10 minutes a week), Freelancer OS (Notion), an 8-module course (86 lessons), a 20-minute weekly live Q&A, and the community.
Not for: template collectors.
Pricing:
Founding (first 100 paid, locked in for life): $39/mo or $350/yr
Standard (after): $49/mo or $440/yr
Free: Module 1 + community.
