Hey team, I know it’s the holiday season and most of you are probably in rest mode, but I keep circling back to the same question around discipline, consistency, and motivation.
We all know motivation is unreliable. It shows up randomly and disappears right when you need it most.
So I’m curious how you actually think about it in practice.
When motivation drops, do you have a way to recreate momentum, or do you operate in a way where motivation is basically irrelevant?
