I wanted to share this video so that you understand it is not a long drawn-up process to decide your Niche.
Look internally and you will see what you are compelled to do.
While we are here in this community, we learn skill sets.
We have to learn that our Focus should be on providing Solutions, not tools.
The only solution clients will find acceptable is revenue generation.
So when you design the infrastructure for agents to be placed at your client's platform, don't take the position of eliminating pain points... Take the position of providing solutions to generate revenue!
I hope this video helps turns on the light so that you can see what most of us are blind to seeing.
