Looking For Experienced And Good SMS Setter
I’m bringing on ONE experienced DM setter to run high-ticket DM conversations and book qualified calls into a proven system.
This is not entry-level and not for script-readers.
You must already know how to:
- Control and lead high-ticket DM conversations (IG + FB)
- Qualify leads properly (intent, authority, budget, timeline)
- Book quality calls that actually show up
- Use GoHighLevel confidently(conversations, pipelines, tags, calendars, notes)
- Follow SOPs while thinking independently
Pay Structure:
- Commission-only
- Paid weekly
- Performance-based with consistent volume for closers who produce
This role is for you if:
- You’ve booked calls for agencies, consultants, or local service businesses
- You understand conversation psychology, not just surface-level scripts
- You care about show rate, close rate, and deal quality
Do NOT apply if:
- You need to be trained from scratch
- You’ve never used GoHighLevel
- You can’t handle accountability or volume
