Hi everyone,I'm working on an automated flow that qualifies leads and books appointments using AI (e.g., via E-Leads). Sometimes, the AI misreads details from emails—like confusing "Y" with "J" in names or email addresses.
What are some good practices or tools to handle these kinds of inaccuracies in automation? And how can I make sure the final appointment is actually sent to the correct recipient, even if the AI initially misinterprets the input?
