Great Opportunity for Developers (Big Client Projects)

Hey everyone – I’m Archie, Founder of Platform Sharp.

We build and implement AI automations for businesses (mainly UK service companies, plus a few referral projects). Working alongside my business partner & sales team, we’ve built a strong flow of highly qualified leads and delivery can’t stay dependent on me moving forwards – so I’m bringing in a Senior Developer to own end to end delivery on client builds.

I value character and competence. If you’re sharp, honest and you do what you say you’ll do, we’ll get on well! We also move fast over here – speed is key! Clear communications, no dragging things out.

What I’m Looking For:

Developer to own the delivery post sale: plan, build, test, implement, handover
Strong n8n (our default platform) + integrations knowledge (CRMs, email, forms, calendars, webhooks, databases)
QA mindset (stability, edge cases, no breakage)
“Intrapreneur” mindset – taking ownership, like an entrepreneur working in the business as part of the team (with us, not for us)

Working Setup:

We’re UK based, but global fine with 2-3 hours daily UK overlap + same day responses
You lead delivery comms during implementation, I’ll be here for escalation
Fixed scope, minimal meetings, strong docs + Loom handover

Commercials:

Contractor first, paid per project
I’m big on fair, repeatable deals with the aim of joining the company in a long term working relationship (I’ve built my company off of “good, honest business”)
