Leads Part 3: The missing link most people ignore
Everyone talks about finding leads… but very few talk about turning attention into action.
Getting someone to notice you isn’t enough. You need a system to convert curiosity into conversations.
Here’s how I do it:
- Micro-value drops – Share 1 quick tip, template, or framework. Make it something your audience can use today.
- Engage personally – Comment on their posts, answer questions, or reply to stories. Don’t pitch yet.
- Follow up with context – If someone interacts, DM them like:“Hey, I noticed you asked about X. Here’s a method I’ve been using to solve that—thought it might help.”
Notice the pattern? Help first → conversation → pitch last. That’s why some people get endless DMs and bookings, while others struggle with cold outreach.
