AI Expense Auditor
Most companies don’t have an expense system.
They have hope.
Hope that employees follow policy.
Hope that managers catch bad spend.
Hope that finance notices before money’s gone.
Hope is expensive.
So I built an AI auditor that doesn’t hope.
It checks.
I call it The Expense Police.
Every receipt gets reviewed automatically.
Not later.
Not at month end.
Immediately.
What it looks for:
• Alcohol hidden in “team dinners”
• Weekend Ubers labeled as work
• Spend that blows past limits
• Anything that violates company policy
The second a receipt comes in, AI reads it and makes a decision.
PASS → Approved and logged automatically.
FLAG → Manager gets a message:
“John submitted a $150 ‘Team Dinner’ receipt with 4 cocktails. Approve or reject?”
No awkward conversations weeks later.
No money leaking out in small, stupid ways.
This isn’t micromanagement.
It’s automated spend control.
Finance teams stop playing detective.
Managers stay in control.
Businesses stop overpaying for things they never agreed to fund.
If you’re still approving expenses manually, you’re already losing money. You just haven’t added it up yet.
Automation doesn’t replace judgment.
It enforces it.
