I’m 51, and for the past six years I’ve been “retired” from a traditional 9-to-6 job. I created passive income through real estate, something I’ve been doing for 20+ years, including as a successful Section 8 landlord.
I want to help women see that real estate investing doesn’t have to be scary. You don’t need to know how to fix houses or have all the answers before you begin.
But Freedom After 45 is about more than money. I’ve also left my marriage, faced health challenges, traveled to 60+ countries, and learned to choose freedom, joy, and a life that feels like mine.
I created this community for women 45+ who want to talk openly about money, real estate, divorce, travel, health, purpose, fears, frustrations, and starting over.
I’ll share what I know, and I hope you’ll share what you know too.
We all have experience that can help another woman.
