The simplest win in my world this week is this.
Pick one thing you want your members to do in their first 10 minutes.
Not ten things. One.
Then write a single post or pin a single resource that answers:
“Start here. Do this first. Come back and tell us what happened.”
You’d be surprised how many communities feel “quiet” when the truth is:
people just do not know what to do next.
If you want a quick win, try it for the next 7 days.
